KLASIFIKACIONI KRITERIJUMI ZA PROCENU INDEKSA MASE TELA KOD STUDENTKINJA KRIMINALISTIČKO-POLICIJSKE AKADEMIJE

U istraživanju je na uzorku od 311 ispitanica, studenatkinja Policijske akademije, kao predstavnika populacije žena policajaca uzrasta od 19 do 24 godine, izvršeno dijagnostifikovanje Indeksa mase tela (BMI) kao osnovne mere za procenu telesnog statusa i stanja uhranjenosti. Sirovi podaci su analizirani primenom Kluster analize i to metod konfirmacionog kriterijuma (K-Means Cluster Analysis), da bi se definisalo sedam klasa ispitanica kao hipotetski karakterističnih u odnosu na specifiku ispitivane populacije. Rezultati su pokazali da je prosečna vrednost BMI ispitivanog uzorka studentkinja 21.59±2.29 kg/m2, uz koeficijent varijacije (cV%) od 10.59%, i raspon rezultata od vrednosti minimuma (Min) od 16.20 do vrednosti maksimuma (Max) od 29.24 kg/m2. Takođe, rezultati su pokazali da su centralne vrednosti izdvojenih klustera (klasa podataka) BMI sledeći: BMI klustera 1 = 18.15 kg/m2, klustera 2 = 19.79 kg/m2, klustera 3 = 21.30 kg/m2, klustera 4 = 22.80 kg/m2, klustera 5 = 24.57 kg/m2, klustera 6 = 27.03 kg/m2 i klustera 7 = 28.89 kg/m2. U prvom klusteru je izdvojeno 9.00% ispitanica, u drugom klusteru 27.65%, u trećem 26.05%, u četvrtom 20.26%, u petom 12.54 %, u šestom 3.54 %, i sedmom 0.96 % populacije. Rezultati pokazuju da bi se kao tačka infleksije (tačka preloma tj. razdvajanja) između adekvatne i neadekvatne vrednosti BMI u funkciji žena policajaca uzrasta od 19 do 24 godina, mogla prihvatiti kritična vrednost BMI preko 25.16 kg/m2 (sportsko-metrološki kriterijum). Ono što je sa statistički značajnom pouzdanošću utvrđeno, je da već u toku studija, 4.50% populacije ispitanica pripada kategoriji koja ima vrednost BMI u rasponu od 26.38 do 29.24 kg/m2, odnosno po svim važećim medicinskim standardima (ili koncenzusima) pripada kategoriji gojaznih (srednji stepen gojaznosti) osoba ženskog pola, odnosno kategoriji pojedinaca sa neadekvatnim tj. profesionalno neprihvatljivim telesnim statusom. Ono što je iznenađujuće, je da u kategoriji podhranjenih ima 11.58% (BMI ispod 19.1 kg/m2), a u kategoriji anoreksičnih ih ima čak 1.61% ispitanica iz testirane populacije studentkinja (BMI ispod 17.5 kg/m2).

CLASIFICATION CRITERA FOR BMI DETERMINATION IN POLICE ACADEMY FEMALE STUDENTS

The aim of the research was the examination of the Body mass index (BMI) of female students of Police academy in Belgrade. The sample consisted of 311 subjects which represented a female police officers aged from 19 to 24 yr. The row BMI data was analyzed by K-Means Cluster in aim to define seven different classes of examined subjects. The results showed that average values of BMI of the female police officers is 21.59±2.29 kg/m2, with estimated coeficient of variation (cV%) of 10.59%, and with minimal (Min) and maximal (Max) results of 16.20 to 29.24 kg/m2, respectively. Following cluster analyse resalts were calculated as: BMI cluster 1 = 18.15 kg/m2, cluster 2 = 19.79 kg/m2, cluster 3 = 21.30 kg/m2, cluster 4 = 22.80 kg/m2, cluster 5 = 24.57 kg/m2, cluster 6 = 27.03 kg/m2 and cluster 7 = 28.89 kg/m2. In the cluster 1 it was found 9.00% of whole sample subjects, in the cluster 2 - 27.65%, in the cluster 3 - 26.05%, in the cluster 4 - 20.26%, in the cluster 5 - 12.54 %, in the cluster 6 - 3.54 %, and in the cluster 7 - 0.96 % of whole sample population. Estimated value of interflexion BMI point, which devided tested sample in adequate and inadequate BMI value, according to female police officer aged between 19 to 24 yr, was at 25.16 kg/m2 (sports – metrological criteria). Also, it was found that 4.50% of tested female subjects had BMI between 26.38 and 29.24 kg/m2, which classify them as overweight pearsons or pearson with unacceptable physique for profesionale police tasks. Very suprising facts was that in the underweith category were 11.58% (BMI under 19.1 kg/m2), and in the anorexic category was 1.61% of tested population (BMI under 17.5 kg/m2).
