UTICAJ INICIJALNOG EDUKATIVNOG PROGRAMA GAĐANjA NA SPECIFIČNU SPRETNOST OSNOVNE MANIPULACIJE SLUŽBENIM PIŠTOLjEM CZ 99

INFLUENCE OF INITIAL EDUCATIONAL SHOOTING PROGRAMME ON SPECIFIC SKILL AT BASIC MANIPULATION WITH THE OFFICIAL POLICE GUN CZ99

A sample of 33 students of the second year of Advanced School of Internal Affairs from Belgrade (VSUP) have undergone the initial educational ei. basic training in using the official gun CZ 99. Before the training the candidates had been tested in ability of basic manipulation with the gun CZ 99 (TEST 1). The same ability was tested after the training process (after 3 programmes) (TEST 2). The basic manipulation was tested/measured in the following way: At the signal of the measurer, a candidate takes the gun out of its case, withdraws the holster backwards, adjusts the gun at the aiming position, pulls the trigger, ejects the frame from the hand letting it fall on the ground (fast replacing of the frame) and replaces it with a frame from the case on the belt, lets the holster forwards and pulls the trigger twice. The candidate is allowed to make one attempt without and one attempt with time measuring, recording the better one. The results have shown that the initial level of ability (TEST 1) was realized on average in 7.30±1.10 seconds, while the final test (TEST 2) was realized on average in 5.80±0.67 seconds. The standard results deviation of both tests is at a quite less level of 30% (Cv%=15 and 11% for TEST 1 and 2 respectively). A significant statistic difference between the average value result of the initial (TEST 1) and final (TEST 2) measure at the t value level, t=7.54, and p value, p=0.000. The results have shown that individual variances, calculated for the TEST1 and TEST 2, are statistically very different at the F value level, F=2.735, and p value, p=0.003. Wilcoxon singed rank test showed that there is a statistically significant difference (p=0.000) regarding data distribution between the results of the TEST 1 and TEST 2, at the standardized Z value level, -4.851. On the basis of the shown results, it can be concluded that the initial educational ei. basic programme for training the manipulation with the official gun, has a statistically significant influence on the specific ability of basic manipulation with the official gun.

Uzorak od 33 studenta II godine Više škole unutrašnjih poslova (VŠUP) iz Beograda podvrgnut je inicijalnoj edukativnoj tj. osnovnoj obuci za korišćenje i upotrebu službenog pištolja CZ 99. Pre početka obuke ispitanicima je izmerena sposobnost osnovne manipulacije pištoljem CZ 99 (TEST 1), ista sposobnost je merena i nakon završenog procesa obučavanja (posle 3 programa gađanja) (TEST 2). Osnovna manipulacija merena je primenom standardizovane procedure, odnosno na sledeći način: Na znak merioca ispitanik izvlači pištolj iz futrole, povlači navlaku u zadnji položaj, nanosi oružje u pravcu cilja, povlači obarač, izbacuje okvir iz rukohvata puštajući ga da padne na tlo (brza zamena okvira) i menja ga okvirom koji se nalazi u futroli na opasaču, pušta navlaku u prednji položaj i dva puta povlači obarač. Ispitanik ima pravo na jedan probni pokušaj, a zatim i na dva pokušaja kada se meri vreme, pri čemu se evidentira bolji rezultat. Rezultati su pokazali da je inicijalni nivo sposobnosti tj. specifične spretnosti osnovne manipulacije službenim pištoljem CZ 99 (TEST 1) u proseku realizovan za 7.30 ± 1.10 sekundi, dok je finalni test (TEST 2) u proseku realizovan za 5.80 ± 0.67 sekundi. Standardna devijacija rezultata oba testa se nalazi na značajno nižem niovou od 30% (Cv% = 15 i 11% za TEST 1 i 2 respektivno), te rezultati ukazuju na izuzetno homogenu grupu ispitanika. Utvrđena je statistički značajna razlika između srednje vrednosti rezultata inicijalnog (TEST 1) i finalnog (TEST 2) merenja na nivou t vrednosti od t = 7.54, odnosno p vrednosti od p = 0.000. Rezultati su pokazali da se pojedinačne varijanse, izračunate za TEST 1 i TEST 2, statistički značajno razlikuju na nivou F vrednosti od F = 2.735, odnosno p vrednosti od p = 0.003. Vilkoksonov test (Wilcoxon singed ranks test) je pokazao da postoji statistički značajna razlika (p = 0.000) distribucije podataka između rezultata TESTA 1 i 2, na nivou standardizovane Z vrednosti od - 4.851. Na osnovu prikazanih rezultata može se zaključiti da inicijalni edukativni tj. osnovni program obuke za rukovanje službenim pištoljem u statistički značajnoj meri utiče i na sposobnost koja definiše specifičnu spretnost sa aspekta osnovne manipulacije službenim pištoljem.
