Forsirani metod treninga snage

Sažetak
Trening snage posljednjih godina doživljava veliki napredak koji u ranijem periodu nije
bio moguć samo iz tog razloga jer nauka još uvijek nije u potpunosti bila precizirala
određene činjenice. Vrijeme koje slijedi će na mnoga pitanja koja još uvijek postoje dati
odgovore, i na taj način omogućiti još veći kvalitet sportskog treninga, a u ovom
slučaju, posebno treninga snage. Saznanja do kojih je nauka došla u posljednje dvije
decenije, omogućila su trenerima da podignu kvalitet trenažnih aktivnosti do nekada
neslućenih razmjera. Bez obzira na sve to, pokušaji da se trening snage i dalje razvija u
sladu sa specifičnostima, kako sportskih disciplina, tako i samih sportista, nijednog
trenutka nisu prestajali. Forsirani metod predstavlja jedan od tih pokušaja koji u praksi
već nekoliko godina daje izvanredne rezultate.

Abstract
Strength training has seen a great advancement in recent years, which was not possible
previously only because the science had not yet specified certain facts completely. In
the time ahead of us, remaining issues shall be answered, and in this way the higher
quality of sports training shall be made possible and, in this case, particularly strength
training. In the last two decades, scientific findings have made possible for the trainers
to raise the quality of training activities to once unimagined level. Regardless of all this,
attempts to develop further the strength training in accordance with the specific qualities
both of sport disciplines and of athletes themselves have never stopped. Forced method
represents one of such attempts giving extraordinary results in practice for a few years
now.
